The on/off switch is broken . A person can hardly see what's on the screen because it's so dark,even when it's daylight. I think this one is a lemon. I hope they do the right thing.

VERACITY TIMENET PRO GPS MASTER NTP TIME SERVER
Veracity VTN-TN-PRO TIMENET Pro GPS Master NTP Time Server including antenna. Whilst traditional solutions involve atomic clock radio receivers or GPS sensors linked to an expensive rackmounted master clock server, TIMENET Pro integrates the GPS receiver and NTP clock server into a compact device for direct connection to the network.
TIMENET Pro can be wall-mounted, uses very little power and is less than half the cost of competing solutions. TIMENET Pro can be powered over the network by POE, or locally by a low voltage power supply.
TIMENET Pro provides a clean and simple browser interface for setting up the IP address and configuration password. The status tab displays information such as system up-time, GPS lock, UTC and local time, plus an extremely useful satellite signal meter. This meter shows satellites in view, and their signal strength.
Simply connect the antenna to the TIMENET Pro and the TIMENET Pro to your POE network switch. Configure the IP address via the easy-to-use browser interface and the TIMENET Pro installation is complete. The antenna that is supplied with the unit includes a 5 metre long cable. This can be further extended by adding an optional 10 metre cable (VTN-EXTEND).
The antenna has a self-adhesive surface which can be fixed to any window which has a view of the sky. The standard antenna is also rated for external use and so can be externally mounted on a roof, window or wall etc. As an alternative to POE, TIMENET Pro can be powered by an optional 12V DC supply (VPSU-12V-U).

Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide you with a store credit for unopened products once the product has been returned back to us. The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:
The product must be in an unopened, unused condition - suitable for resale
The store credit will be calculated as the product price paid minus the postage & re-stocking costs (Free Shipping order would incur subtraction of $9.95 and Express Post order would incur subtraction of $15.00) for products under $50 in value but more than $10.
If item is less than $10 in value, then $4.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $50 in value but less than $100, then $19.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $100 in value but less than $500, then $49.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by Simply Wholesale until the product has been accepted back into our warehouse

Faulty Products - If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or is defective, we will offer you a choice between a new replacement item or a full store credit. Please note that any incorrectly sent items will need to be returned in original, unused condition.

Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our conditions, we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement product. In some cases extra postal charges may be incurred. You will be notified of this before the product is sent out to you. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item from you.

Due to the discounted nature of the product and the involvement of the secondary party ie. the deal company, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit if you purchased from a deal site or company. You will only be eligible for an exchange if a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged by the Simply Wholesale team.

A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer's warranty which may offer additional protection against product failure to that offered by SimplyWholesale’s returns policy. Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer directly so please contact them immediately an issue arises and follow their Returns Policy and Instructions. International Import Items.
Products imported to Australia directly by SimplyWholesale MAY NOT be covered in Australia by the warranties offered in the country of origin. Under these circumstances, SimplyWholesale will assist customers to locate and contact the appropriate overseas manufacturer or distributor in the country of origin for a period of ninety (90) days after the placement of the original order with us.
