Great quality product!
I did not expect this to be so flimsy and not fit for purpose. The covering on shelf started tearing and the frames very rickety. Put it in bin eventually.
Product received was unbranded and didn't look like the picture in the add so I sent them a msg seeking an explanation. No reply received - also complained to eBay but was just refunded without a reply. Did eBay follow up finding out why a different product was sent? NO.
Obviously the money back guarantee takes the place of any type of customer service Maybe eBay should start regulating their suppliers and at least pass on any information received from these less reputable companies. It really makes you wonder how many of eBay's suppliers are honest and reliable - but I suppose it's cheap because ideas like apology and explanation take time and money 🤑 I'd rather pay a couple of dollars extra with Amazon and be treated like a valued customer deserving of an explanation
