The PRG-M1 Tight Access Submersible Grey-Water Pump is an ideal solution for home, garden or business. This new addition to the Protege's extensive line of pumps is compact in design, and features a vertical float switch that allows it to pump reliably without the float getting hung up on sump or pit walls or other equipment.
This exceptional pump brings enormous capacity in a compact and power-efficient unit, and can pass 50 litres per minute of fresh, grey or salt* water. Featuring a stainless steel shaft with ceramic graphite seals; for long-lasting watertight integrity, a nylon fibreglass impeller; for reliability, and a sturdy polypropylene fibreglass reinforced case, this mighty compact unit delivers.
The Protege PRG-M1 is fully submersible to a depth of 3m and has a 6m vertical delivery capacity. It features fully automatic operation via the built-in float switch turning the pump on and off. The float on-switch is adjustable from 71mm to 170mm and turns off at 70mm. The float switch protects your pump from dry running and overheating by turning off the pump when water reaches the minimum level at which the pump can operate. Pumps without a float or auto-cut-out switch cannot run automatically and have to be manually controlled.
With its impressive 3000 L/H capability, the PRG-M1 Pump can operate as a grey water utility pump, ideal for watering gardens/plants, transferring liquids, draining containers, taking water from tanks, and draining after flooding. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide you with a store credit for unopened products once the product has been returned back to us. The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:
The product must be in an unopened, unused condition - suitable for resale
The store credit will be calculated as the product price paid minus the postage & re-stocking costs (Free Shipping order would incur subtraction of $9.95 and Express Post order would incur subtraction of $15.00) for products under $50 in value but more than $10.
If item is less than $10 in value, then $4.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $50 in value but less than $100, then $19.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $100 in value but less than $500, then $49.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by Simply Wholesale until the product has been accepted back into our warehouse
Product Exclusions: The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to: undergarments and jewellery
Faulty Products - If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or is defective, we will offer you a choice between a new replacement item or a full store credit. Please note that any incorrectly sent items will need to be returned in original, unused condition.
Damaged Products - If your item arrives damaged or 'dead on arrival', we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

The returns confirmation is valid for fourteen (14) days so please return the item immediately.
STEP 3.
Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our conditions, we will provide you with a store credit or a replacement product. In some cases extra postal charges may be incurred. You will be notified of this before the product is sent out to you. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item from you.
How to request a return for any product purchased through a deal site, company affiliated with Simply Wholesale:
Due to the discounted nature of the product and the involvement of the secondary party ie. the deal company, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit if you purchased from a deal site or company. You will only be eligible for an exchange if a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged by the Simply Wholesale team.

A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer's warranty which may offer additional protection against product failure to that offered by SimplyWholesale’s returns policy. Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer directly so please contact them immediately an issue arises and follow their Returns Policy and Instructions. International Import Items.
Products imported to Australia directly by SimplyWholesale MAY NOT be covered in Australia by the warranties offered in the country of origin. Under these circumstances, SimplyWholesale will assist customers to locate and contact the appropriate overseas manufacturer or distributor in the country of origin for a period of ninety (90) days after the placement of the original order with us.
