The Cisco IP Phone 8811 supports five programmable line keys. You can configure keys to support either multiple directory numbers or calling features such as speed dial. Fixed-function keys give you one-touch access to applications, messaging, directory, as well as often-used calling features such as hold/resume, transfer, and conference. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide you with a store credit for unopened products once the product has been returned back to us. The criterion for the Change of Mind Policy is outlined below:

The store credit will be calculated as the product price paid minus the postage & re-stocking costs (Free Shipping order would incur subtraction of $9.95 and Express Post order would incur subtraction of $15.00) for products under $50 in value but more than $10.
If item is less than $10 in value, then $4.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $50 in value but less than $100, then $19.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
If item is less more than $100 in value but less than $500, then $49.95 will be taken away as shipping and re-stocking fee.
Risk of loss or damage to the product will not be assumed by Simply Wholesale until the product has been accepted back into our warehouse

International Import Items.
Products imported to Australia directly by SimplyWholesale MAY NOT be covered in Australia by the warranties offered in the country of origin.
